There is a lot more that our school has to offer that goes beyond the classroom, enabling our children to flourish and grow in other areas of the curriculum and through other opportunities.

Forest School

Having our own Forest school at the back of the school means we can use this all year long and all year groups have access to it.

Children can play, explore, create, learn about the changing of the seasons and sometimes even start fires!

Art & Music

We love being creative in our school as you will see when you visit. We are very fortunate to have visiting artists who come into school to lead on different projects and this year we are hoping to take our interests further afield and visit some art galleries.

We have taken part in Ising pop this year, performing 2 magical concerts for parents, singing and dancing our way through different songs based on our Christian Ethos.

Enhanced Curriculum Days

To relaunch our focus on Timestables we had a TT Rockstars day when everyone, including the teachers came dressed up as rockstars! We also supports events such as Anti-bullying week and wear odd socks to school day and other events.

Trips

We firmly believe children learn so much from being out of the classroom, whether this be on residential or a day trip. Trips have included: visits to places of worship, visit to Court Barn Museum- where the children amongst many activities ran the Museum for the general public for the afternoon! Young Voices to Birmingham and many more!
